Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. I blend cupping with traditional deep tissue massage to achieve the most benefits.

Dry Brushing

This treatment uses a clean brush with firm, natural bristles to exfoliate dry/dead skin. It also promotes circulation and improves blood and lymph flow to all parts of the body. The perfect addition to your massage and/or body treatment.

*You are given your brush to take home with you after the session. If you bring your brush back, you will save $5 on any future dry brushing sessions
